Terms and Conditions

Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between WhytWeb.ch and its clients for the provision of web development services.

Services Offered

WhytWeb.ch offers website creation services, including design, development, hosting and maintenance. Each project is subject to a detailed quote before commitment.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT. A 50% deposit is required upon order, with the balance due upon delivery. Payments are made by bank transfer within 30 days.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative and vary depending on the complexity of the project (1-5 business days for standard sites). Any delay will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client becomes the owner of the source code and graphic elements created specifically for their project. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses.

Liability

I commit to providing professional quality services. My liability is limited to the amount of services invoiced. I am not responsible for indirect damages.

Applicable Law

These terms are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
